We begin with the Site Planning to develop a Site Design that conforms to your specific needs, taking into account the land area and it's natural and man made surroundings.
The Site Design will then be used for Planning Department and Grading Permit approval. Upon approval, the Grading Phase will commence to ready the Site for the Project Building Phase.

After Building Permits are approved,
A Construction Estimate is developed based on the Construction Drawings, along with a Construction Schedule.
Building Materials are ordered and Subcontractors are selected and scheduled.
We are on site daily to monitor for quality control
